These terms apply to your use of this website and to any order you place with us. Please read them before ordering. By placing an order you agree to these terms, together with our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

1. Who we are

This website is operated by Forza Supplements Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales (company number 17335278), with its registered office at 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom.

2. Our products

Our products are food supplements and food products. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

  • Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
  • Do not exceed the recommended daily intake shown on the label.
  • Keep out of reach of young children.
  • Not recommended for children, or for women who are pregnant or breastfeeding.
  • If you take medication, have a medical condition or are unsure whether a product is suitable for you, speak to your doctor or pharmacist before use.
  • Always read the label, ingredients and warnings before use. Product images are for illustration; the label on the product you receive takes priority.

3. Placing an order

You must be 18 or over to place an order. When you place an order you'll receive an email confirming we've received it. This is not an acceptance of your order. A contract between us is formed when we email you to confirm your order has been dispatched.

We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock, if there's an error in the price or description, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll refund you in full.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (£) and include any VAT that applies. Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay.

We take care to make sure prices are correct. If we find an obvious pricing error after you've ordered, we'll contact you and you can choose to continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Payment is taken when you place your order. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers; we never see or store your full card details.

5. Discounts and offers

Discount codes and offers are subject to their own conditions (for example, one use per customer, minimum spend or expiry date), which will be shown with the offer. Only one discount code can be used per order unless stated otherwise. Offers can't be exchanged for cash and may be withdrawn at any time, but this won't affect orders already placed.

6. Subscriptions

If you choose a subscription, you authorise us to charge your payment method for each delivery at the price and frequency shown when you subscribed. We'll tell you in advance of any price change. You can skip, pause or cancel a subscription at any time from your account, or by contacting us, before your next order is processed.

7. Delivery

We deliver to UK addresses only. Delivery costs and times are set out in our Shipping Policy. Responsibility for the products passes to you when they're delivered to the address you gave us.

8. Cancellations, returns and refunds

You can cancel and return unopened items within 14 days of receiving them. For health and hygiene reasons, opened or used items can't be returned unless they're faulty. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

9. Reviews

Any reviews shown on this website are from verified customers. We don't write, buy or edit reviews to change their meaning, and we don't hide negative reviews. If you submit a review, it must be honest and based on your own experience, and you give us permission to display it on our website and marketing.

10. Use of this website

You may use this website for personal, non-commercial purposes. All content on this website (including text, images, logos and designs) belongs to Forza Supplements Ltd or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

We try to keep the website accurate and available, but we can't guarantee it will always be error-free or uninterrupted.

11. Our liability

We're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We're not responsible for loss or damage that isn't foreseeable, or for business losses.

We don't exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for breach of your statutory rights as a consumer.

We're not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control.

12. Your personal data

We use your personal data in line with our Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to your order are the ones shown on this website when you placed it.

14. Complaints and governing law

If you have a complaint, please contact us first and we'll do our best to resolve it quickly. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
