Refund policy

This policy applies to orders placed with Forza Supplements Ltd (company number 17335278, registered office 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom) through this website. It does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Changed your mind? 14-day returns on unopened items
If you change your mind, you can cancel your order and return items within 14 days of the day you receive them, as long as the items are unused, unopened and in their original sealed packaging.
To start a return, email us at forzasupplementshelp@gmail.com with your order number and the items you want to return. We'll reply with the returns address and instructions. You then have a further 14 days from telling us to send the items back.
Opened or used products
Our products are food supplements and food products. For health and hygiene reasons, we can't accept returns of items that have been opened, unsealed or used after delivery, unless they are faulty, damaged or not as described (see below).
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or isn't what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible at forzasupplementshelp@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the problem. We'll offer a replacement or a full refund, including any delivery costs, in line with your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Return delivery costs
- Change of mind: you are responsible for the cost of returning the items. We recommend a tracked service, as we can't refund items that don't reach us.
- Faulty, damaged or incorrect items: we'll cover the return cost.
Refunds
Once we receive your return (or evidence that you've sent it back), we'll check it and refund you within 14 days. Refunds are made to your original payment method.
If you cancel your whole order, we'll also refund the standard delivery charge you paid. If you return only part of an order, the original delivery charge is not refunded unless the return is due to a fault.
Bundles and offers
Items bought as part of a bundle or offer can be returned under this policy. If you return part of a bundle, we'll refund the price you actually paid for the returned items (based on the discounted bundle price).
Subscriptions
You can skip, pause or cancel a subscription at any time from your account, or by contacting us, before your next order is processed. Orders that have already been processed and dispatched follow the returns rules above.
